Simplified Admin Solutions was started in 2006 when a need arose to assist Home Owners/Builders/Developers to comply with the National Housing Consumers Protection Measures Act 1999

Initially we offered our services in the Limpopo and North West Provinces. After a number of successful projects, it was decided to expand our services countrywide.

We now work in all provinces with all offices of the N.H.B.R.C

We pride ourselves in being a "One-Stop" service for all our clients N.H.B.R.C. obligations.

We assist our clients with N.H.B.R.C Membership Applications, Enrolments, Membership Renewals, Late Enrolments and Financial Guarantees to mention a few.

We also try to keep our clients up to date with changes to the National Housing Consumers Protection Measures Act 199 or with changes in the N.H.B.R.C policies or in their implementation of "the Act"

In 2017, we decided to expand the services we offer to include Builders All Risk Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance as well as sourcing and procurement of building materials required by our clients. We also have a number of contractors/manufacturers that we can call on for specialised services such as Waterproofing, Painting, Aluminium Windows and Doors as well as specialised steel protective coatings and also Passive Fire Protection Coatings.
