Geological Reports

This information applies to Late Enrolments as well as Technical Enrolments:

All Geological Reports submitted to the N.H.B.R.C. must meet the following criteria


1. Must be site and stand specific, that is for the specific stand that is to be built on

2. Must be done through a registered Geologist or Geological Engineer

3. Must be in Full Colour - maps, photos etc must be in colour - No Black and White photos and maps will be accepted

4. Must be ring bound

5. Must include soil test results and geological zone maps

6. In the case of and Estate or Complex, the N.H.B.R.C will accept a report for the entire estate/complex as long as there is a list of all the stand numbers with the specific soil classification for each stand.

7. No Geological Report maybe older than 5 years


Should you require the services of Geologist, please give us a call as we have a number of Geologists on our database that we can refer you to.
