As of 01/11/2017 all enrolments submitted to the N.H.B.R.C. will be subject to an inspection before the enrolment is captured on their system.

This is in an effort to curb undeclared late enrolments.

It can take anything up to 2 weeks or more for the inspector to do this visit thus increasing the time it takes to issue the certificate/s.

As you probably know the N.H.B.R.C. expects enrolments to be submitted a minimum of 15 days prior to construction starting. Please keep this in mind when doing your project planning and leave at least 4 weeks for the N.H.B.R.C. to issue your certificate/s.

This time frame is a ball park figure that can be shorter of longer
