New Enrolment Requirement

Please be advised that as of 1 March 2018, the NHBRC is issuing a new letter with all enrolments. This letter requires that builders now inform the NHBRC prior to starting certain phases of the construction. These notifications are to be sent to a specific email address, after which the NHBRC will "expedite an inspector to site. Bulders will also be required to keep records of all communications to the NHBRC regarding this new requirement.

We are not yet 100% sure as to how this new requirement will be enforced but we will keep our clients up to date as we get new information.

We will be offering this record keeping and communication with the NHBRC as a new service to all our clients - details to follow
