NO construction may begin until the enrolment certificate for the specific unit being built has been issued by the N.H.B.R.C and is in either the possession of Simplified Admin Solutions or the builder.

ALL Residential Properties including those built for CASH and/or for Rental purposes MUST be enrolled with the N.H.B.R.C as per Government Gazette No. 20658 Pg 51 Sec 12(1).

Payment of the enrolment fee or the acceptance of the enrolment documents by the N.H.B.R.C does NOT constitute enrolment and does NOT give the builder permission to commence with construction.
